Pre-Purchase House Inspection

Making the decision to buy a home is one of the most important decisions of your life. Having a professional, high-quality home inspection will give you the necessary information to make an informed decision and put you in a better-negotiating position. House Inspection Services will provide you with an unbiased, well-documented inspection that will provide you with the information.

We inspect, inform, and advise you. We are at your side and will work with your best interests in mind.  The Pre-Purchase House inspection covers external & internal areas and a moisture test inside.

The inspection is done visually and is non-invasive, meaning it cannot pick up problems behind walls.

Pre-Sale House Inspection

Prepare for questions and reduce the risk of last-minute, downward price negotiations; avoid unexpected surprises, and achieve a better price for your property with a pre-sale inspection.

An inspection of your property can help you sell it. Address any issues on the front end, rather than in the negotiation process. A Pre-Sale Report will also give you the ability to fix any problems and deal with any issues ahead of time, so there won’t be any nasty and/or costly or time-consuming surprises.

All too often, a home inspection is performed as a final contingency of a sale. There may be very little time to absorb its impact. Any reported deficiencies suddenly cropping up at this crucial time often end up as deal-breakers.

The inspection is done visually and is non-invasive, meaning it cannot pick up problems behind walls.
